The role of Product Manager (Microsoft Solutions) will play a key role in the acquisition of new clients for Amnet. Day-to-day activities involve identifying revenue opportunities with new customers through establishing a strong rapport with them. It also includes structuring of business proposals, negotiation of contract terms and closed business proposals. The role is also expected to manage the background work which comprises planning and executing of business activities in line with Management’s direction. This role has a high degree of visibility and requires someone with strong executive presence that can communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of customer employees and internal stakeholders.

Job Role & Responsibilities
  • Fully focus in driving revenue for the company with full coverage on new Accounts.
  • Define and document sales targets and other budgetary documents for presentations to immediate superior.
  • Formulate and document processes and procedures to support current business needs to achieve new Accounts.
  • Identifying and assessing opportunities where you need to evaluate these product ideas and decide which product ideas are worth pursuing, and which are not.
  • Responsible in implementing product strategy and roadmaps that will get the product from here to there.
  • Conduct pipeline updates on a weekly basis with daily reports to immediate superior.
  • Constantly having a strong business acumen to manage the profitability of the company.
  • Defining the right product at the right time. What this means is that the product needs to have the right features for the right market, and must be able to be executed with the technology available in the required market window to the End Users.
  • Develop and manage monthly, quarterly and annual product marketing plans that achieve business objectives. Monitor, analyze and report out on launches, key initiatives and the competitive landscape
  • Representing the product internally and externally as well as responsible for the success of a given product line.
  • Involved in the growth and development of the Microsoft Division within Amnet. You are expected to be a team player and working cohesively with the entire Sales Team and be forth-coming in your contributions.
  • Keep up with the latest technological trends in Microsoft technologies to guide senior leadership and clients in choosing right technical solutions
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • More than 2 years of product management experience required (inside and/or outside Microsoft) .
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Equivalent technical understanding is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in strategic consulting, product planning, PR/Communications or business development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft GTM motions and marketing processes.
  • Significant experience working closely with communications and PR teams and agencies.
  • Expertise in consumer marketing highly preferred and good familiarity with developer and enterprise helpful.
  • Direct experience with viral marketing, innovative go-to-market campaigns a big plus.
  • Knowledge of online business models and internet/consumer technology.
  • Strong cross-group communication, collaboration, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability deliver results without direct influence.
  • Highly organized, with great attention to ensure required details are not overlooked.
