Job Description:

  • Answer all incoming calls and re-direct calls to respective staff
  • Attend to the calls in a professional manner
  • Greet, assist and/or direct customers, visitors and the general public to the meeting room
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and appointments
  • Provide word-processing & secretarial support
  • Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ or 'O' level, preferably with 1 year working experience in admin support
  • Good communication skills with excellent attitude towards customer service
  • Well-mannered, presentable and professional when attending to clients
  • Ability to organise, multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
