-Identify Sales Opportunities and Achieve Confirmation of Projects and Revenue targets
-Participate in Tenders and Prepare Quotations for companies need signage work
-Support the Sole Proprietor in driving Sales and Marketing Initiatives
-Monitor and Report the Sales Flow to the Sole Propietor and ensure target sales is achieve monthly
-Be able to Lead and Coordinate with Subordinates in creating solutions or strategies if target sales are not met
-Cultivate Relationships with Customer and Clients and ensure smooth and efficient transactions
-Handle project sometimes if there's a need and be able to build more sales by proposing alternatives or other options to create sales on top of the contract
-Monitor and process application or renewal for company's registration and insurance, as well as employee's permit and company's vehicle registration
-Takes care of purchasing and maintenance of company machines and be able to do the submission for PIC
-Perform other admin related job and other duties assigned -At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Admin
-Holding a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma
-Excellent Communications and Leadership skills, Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
-Proficient in Ms Office Word, Excel and MS Outlook
-Able to start work as soon as possible
-Self-motivated and able to work independently and meticulously
-Can handle stress, pressure and be able to meet deadlines despite of load of work or busy schedule
