We're looking for a Marketing Manager to develop the strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing programs as well as drive brand awareness and subscriber growth at Deezer. You will work with our HQ team to outline overall strategy and optimize digital campaigns - both creative and media - as well as coordinate PR and Social media activities for both Deezer and partners. You will also measure and optimize all marketing activities, including channel marketing programs with partners. This position is based in Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with HQ teams to outline our overall strategy to grow in Singapore
  • Partner with HQ to determine program/campaign strategy and continually monitor programs to ensure goals are met
  • Ensure brand approval of all marketing activities, materials and copy, including channel marketing and partner activity
  • Hold responsibility for creating, tracking and managing program project plan and budget
  • Manage and optimize programming of CRM programs
  • Audit the performance of campaigns by measuring against success metrics and present results and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Proof and approve all artwork/copy produced by external agencies and internal resources
  • Manage PR Agency partners to deliver on objectives
  • Identify new growth opportunities and optimizations to existing programs.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or similar; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of work experience in marketing, public relations or promotions
  • Prior work experience with growing a digital service/app in agency or in-house strongly preferred
  • Prior work experience marketing to multicultural targets
  • Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, power point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a team oriented environment
  • Exhibit high energy and willingness to pitch in and help the larger team accomplish goals/work assignments
  • Be resourceful and feel comfortable reaching out to other departments to complete assignments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and creative skills.
