Accounts Assistant (FULL-TIME, 5 DAYS)

You shall assist in general accounts and finance matters for FotoHub group of companies and retail outlets which include:

  • Perform monthly closing of accounts, inter-company billings/balances and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and validate cash receipts and payments
  • Issuance of invoices, orders and payments
  • Preparation of Statement of Accounts & follow-up on payments
  • Handle petty cash, verify and process staff expenses and claims
  • Handle GST filing
  • Prepare periodical reports for management review
  • Managing & filing of Documents
  • Handling of incoming calls, enquiries and correspondences
  • Perform other duties and general administrative tasks as assigned


  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
