Act as first responder to Vendor enquiries on Invoice/Payment Issues and disputes.
  • Manage the flow of invoices to ensure that vendor invoices are processed in a timely manner
  • Ensure Invoices processed for payments are accurate and matched.
  • Work closely with Vendors and Finance department to resolve vendor invoice disputes and collate important supporting documents to assist with the dispute resolution.
  • Update Statement of Accounts.
  • Focal Point of contact for Direct Sales
  • Responsible for Processing Direct Sales RFQs from customers, providing quotation and raising of pro-forma invoices
  • Maintain and update Direct Sales Activities.
  • Support Logistics Activities relating to Freight.
  • Participate in partial and full stock takes.
  • Perform any other work and duties as directed by the supervisor.
  • Preferably 3- 5 years of working experience in Aerospace MRO environment. Experience in Purchasing or Logistics environment is a plus.
  • Good Communication Skills and able to work independently.
  • Able to communicate with Customers and Vendors effectively.
  • Mature disposition with a keen business perspective in customer communication and relation.
  • Diploma or above in SCM or logistics is an advantage.
  • Accreditation with relevant professional agencies is an advantage. i.e. SCM.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
