  • 5 days work week/ 9.00am – 6.00pm/Suntec
  • Basic Salary range from S$3,800 – S$4,000 per month (Depending on qualifications and experience)
  • Responsible for 70% Full Accounts, 30% Admin + Receptionist & HR functions

Our Client, an investment banking firm based in Singapore, focusing on the shipping and oil service sectors globally, providing corporate advisory services in the areas of capital raising and mergers & acquisitions. 

They are inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Accounts & Officer Manager (Perm).



  • Reports directly to CEO
  • Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR & GL) including flash reports or analyses for a few entities
  • Assist in the preparation of budget and forecasts,
  • Handle month-end/ year end closing and staff payroll, CPF, claims & other HR duties.
  • Handle tax matters like income tax, corporate tax, GST filing, withholding tax, tax clearance
  • Support cashflow management and forecast
  • Liaise with auditor, statutory boards, corporate secretary for tax or other corporate fillings matters and other related parties.
  • Upkeep and updates accounting policies and internal control procedures.
  • Set up accounting system and ensure adherence to internal system, controls and procedures.
  • Other admin duties like ensure proper filing and documentation, stationery ordering, opening of letter box, etc.
  • Receptionist duties including the likes of answering the door, receiving the guests/clients who visit, negotiating with vendors, etc.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties and when required



  • Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI High accounting or equivalent.
  • Min 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Competent in MS office and accounting software (MYOB/ Quickbooks)
  • Team player, proactive, detail-oriented, organised and able to multi-task
  • Independent with a pleasant personality preferred
