Key Responsibilities:                    

  • Able to generate Sales invoice, Purchase and Delivery Order
  • Handle office purchases, incoming calls
  • Liaise ith HQ Taiwan and assist in handling Regional invoicing & accounting matters
  • Data Entry, prepare payment voucher & issue cheque
  • Maintain proper accounting records
  • Assists in the development of reports to be used in analysis to management
  • Assist in other financial, admin duties and events

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI Accounting
  • At least 2 years of prior Accounting/Accounts support experience preferred
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
  • Meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with associates
  • Good positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Salary range S$1.8 to S$2.2
