Job Description
The Sales Training Manager will be developing and implementing sales training strategy and programs for the country and regional sales team.

  • Partner with senior management of sales departments; focusing on enabling assessment of KC framework / gaps and recommending best-fit L&D programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to jointly develop sales-training programs
  • Lead the planning and design of training programs and delivery approach (e.g. blended learning, e-learning, coaching etc.)
  • Identify internal/external subject matter experts (SME); negotiate and engage external facilitators (where required)
  • Manage program deployment and budget parameters
  • Analyze participant feedback and measure program assessment results
  • Mentor junior L&D department colleagues

The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Training Manager should meet the following requirements:

  • University or MBA, with more than 10 years of Industry experience in Hi-tech, IT Outsourcing/ managed services, consulting industry
  • Passionate in developing sales teams, with experiences in successfully delivered sales training programs
  • Consultative selling - familiarity with approaches e.g. Miller Heiman, SPIN selling etc. would be an advantage
  • Personality & Learning style evaluation e.g. MBTI, HBDI etc.
  • Learning Content - Instructional Design
  • Sales coaching & mentoring, eLearning / Virtual learning experiences
  • Ability to travel regionally to deliver training (when required)
