AVP / Senior Associate, General Insurance Product Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product and tactical campaigns for the manned channels to achieve business goals including sales volumes and fee income
• Co-ordinate and work with compliance, legal, marketing, risk, training, technology and external parties including insurance partners to ensure a sound end-to-end sales, training and operational process
• Liaise with channels and internal parties on managing customer feedback and enquiries
• Stay abreast and ensure compliance to corporate standards and regulations relating to industry and business
• Manage and lead projects especially digital initiatives to meet business goals and/or improve customer/sales experience
  

Requirements

• University graduate or graduate degree
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in product development and/or marketing
• Knowledge of Personal Lines General Insurance will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Resourceful, creative and independent
• Good communication skills in English
• Multi-lingual will be an advantage
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
