The International Mobility department is responsible for managing international mobility in the most effective way, ensuring the business has the right people at the right place at the right moment in time in line with business strategy and goals. At the same time enable international leadership development in line with strategic future talent requirements on basis of an appropriate set of tools and guidelines.
The Regional International Mobility (IM) Coordinator together with the Regional IM partner coordinates international mobility assignments including alignment with internal and external service providers and acts as single point of coordination towards assignees and family during their entire assignment lifecycle. This will include the international local hires and the local plus hires.
You are responsible for
Being the single point of coordination for the expatriate/international hires and their family members, including monitoring of all in-sourced and outsourced services and activities (relocation, removal and destination services, tax, social security and immigration, children’s education, partner support, health insurance, invoicing of services etc)
Coordinates and evaluates the E2E process of internationalization including Annual Compensation Review Expatriates (ACRE), in line with global policies
Optimizes procedures, programs and processes and implementation for internationals (including commuters, short and mid-terms and locally hired internationals)
You are a part of
The bigger International Mobility team, decentralized in various locations such as Singapore, Andover and Amsterdam. Each IM Coordinator works closely to support the IM Partner. You will report to the IM Partner located in Singapore who in turns report to the Head of Rewards of APAC.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in an international environment.
Eye for detail must be combined with conceptual skills and overview
Ability to work in a fast paced international environment with demanding internal clients at all levels and with various cultural backgrounds
Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations, must present a professional, friendly and client focused attitude and approach at all times
Flexible, strong team player, with a good sense of cultural diversity and outside-in perspective
